I told that a few times before, but will repeat it once more: please just believe what is published on the official website. Concert dates are not published later there to tease you, but they are only put there if they are really 100% confirmed. If you find any dates earlier on other websites, these dates are not for sure yet. So it´s best if you plan your concert visits only according to the list on the official site.

Miskolc International Opera Festival proudly presents Tarja Turunen „Classic and Divine” concert at the Opera-Rock Show 2010. The concert of the Finnish soprano (who has been called "the voice of Finland" by Finnish president Tarja Halonen) will take place at 21:00, 12. June 2010 (Saturday), at the Miskolc Ice Hall (Hungary).

A special setlist of nearly two hours will be compiled by Tarja for this show, including a selection of her best loved songs from My Winter Storm, classical gems, unpredictable rock covers, songs from her career with Finnish band Nightwish and songs from her new album What Lies Beneath. She will be accompanied by her own band, symphonic orchestra and choir.

Those who have been at the two previous Opera-Rock Shows in 2007 and 2008 or have heard the two live albums released out of them know that we can expect a truly great and unique concert again at Miskolc in 2010.

Tickets are available on the website of Ticket Express (http://www.eventim.hu/portal/en/) and in the European network of Eventim (http://www.eventim.com). Tickets: 25 Euro untill 1st of April 2010, after that 30 Euro.

Doing an international Winter Storm Official Fanclub meeting became a returning topic at different forums.


Dear Tarja fans!

We are happy to see the ethusiasmn towards Classic and Divine concert of Tarja. Our job is exactly this: to organise a unique concert that proves to be worthy for all this interest.
Doing an international Winter Storm Official Fanclub meeting became a returning topic at different forums since it is already very likely that many foreign fans will come from all over the world. We have been also thinking about it and we came to the following conclusion: organising an event of this kind makes sense if many people participate. It would not be nice for anybody to announce an organised meeting where only few people would turn up. So we decided that we are ready to ensure a background for such happening if we see that enough people are interested.
Our „offer” is the following: in the beginning of May we are going to review the ticket sales and if we see that at least 100-150 fans will come from at least 10 countries, then – together with the Hungarian fanclubs - it is likely that it will not be a failure. In this case we can offer a suitable place, technical equipments, and we can start brainstorming about the program together with the fanclubs.
In order to achieve this you fans can do the most. The earlier you buy your tickets at Ticket Express or in the European network of Eventim, the more likely it is going we are going to be able to help. The ticket prices are very friendly by European standards, since they cost only around 25 Euros before April 1, and 30 Euros after that. Prices were set in order to be affordable for people inside and outside Hungary too.
So, from now on the decision is in your hands. We hope we are all going to have a blast!
